The Residential Internship is designed to give outstanding recent college graduates a guided experience through the residential, academic, and extracurricular aspects of life at St. Johns Preparatory School. Interns will get foundational work experience that will serve as a great stepping stone for a career or continuing education in student development, residential life, secondary education, or adolescent development. Interns will apply themselves in practical and creative ways, and come away with a portfolio of accomplishments.

Graduates with a background in education, social work, or environmental studies will be great candidates. This position is perfect for someone who is motivated, outgoing, and committed to working with young people through program development, student support, and community building. The position also offers a unique and valuable opportunity to become part of a close multicultural community of students and professional adults living and learning together.
