Student Life: Ora et Labora

Saint Benedict's motto of "Ora et Labora" (Prayer and Work) calls us to be balanced individuals. Our school is committed to helping students achieve a balance in their academic pursuits and physical, emotional, and character development.

Saint John's Prep attracts students who are motivated, talented and involved in many activities beyond the academic day. All Prep students are encouraged to be actively involved in the school community through participation in after school activities and clubs, sports, arts, music, and/or theater programs.

The Colloquium Schedule
Recognizing the importance of community development, students will meet regularly in large and small groups during a colloquium period each day. Click here for the colliquium schedule.
