A message from the Parent Association
Dear SJP Parents and Guardians,
On behalf of the Saint John's Preparatory School's Parent Association, we would like to welcome you to the new school year. The Saint John's Preparatory Parent Association is a vital organization within our school. Our goal is to service and support the SJP community. As a parent of a SJP student, you are automatically a member of the Parent Association. Each year, we ask every member to volunteer for at least one event. With the support of our parent volunteers, we will continue to offer our many student and family events.
The Chairs of the Parent Association will keep you informed about upcoming events and volunteer opportunities through the school's monthly newsletter, called ParentTALK, or through the school's e-mail updates, called Prep Update. (To receive the Prep Update e-mails, please e-mail Sally Battig at sbattig@sjprep.net.)
We want and need you to participate in our Parent Association activities. There are many opportunities to share your talents, time and creative abilities. Certain jobs may be easier for local families, but our parents who live further away can help in other ways. Each family is expected to volunteer for at least one activity throughout the year.
