MIDDLE SCHOOL CONCERT:  Please plan on attending the Middle School Spring Music Concert on Thursday, May 15th at 7:00 pm in the Weber Center.  It will include band, choir and orchestra.  It is free and open to everyone.

 

ATHLETIC UPDATE:  The SJP track meet scheduled for today at SJU has been cancelled.  Several teams decided not to attend.  The meet will not be made up.

 

SENIOR BANQUET AND AWARDS CEREMONY:  Wednesday, May 14th is the All-Senior banquet at 5:00 pm in the Weber Center.  This is only for seniors, faculty and staff.  Parents are welcome to join for the Awards Ceremony which begins at 7:00 pm.

 

WE'RE HAVING A SALE:  It's a clearance sale of all current SJP items!  Items will be maked down 50-75% of their original price.  The sale will be Thursday, May 15th and Friday, May 16th from 7:30 am - 9:00 am and again from 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm in the Devitt Conference Room (across from the Main Office).  All sales are final - sorry no refunds or exchanges.  Cash, check or credit cards only, no charging to campus accounts.  All are welcome!

 

MIDDLE SCHOOL YEAR-END PARTY:  The Middle School will have their Year-End Party on Friday, May 16th.  Parents are asked to donate door prizes by Tuesday, May 13th.  The prizes do not need to be of high monetary value.  Popular items donated in the past include: Gift cards, bags of candy, blow up beach toys, bags of chips, soda pop, Prep apparel, Silly String, novelty items such as beach towels, handbags (for girls), novelty socks, books, Snack Bar gift certificates, stuffed animals, iPod gift cards, CD's, mini-footballs, Nerf balls, light sabers, paddle balls, colored clay and markers.

 

UPPER SCHOOL YEAR-END PARTY:  As a reminder, the Upper School year-end party is scheduled for Friday, May 23rd from 6:30-11:00 pm.  The theme of the party this year is "A Night at the Beach."  The Parents' Association is asking students to register and pay ($20) in the Main Office by May 17th.  This will help in planning purposes.  After May 17th, the cost will increase to $25.

This is the FINAL social event of the year and ALL upper school students are welcome and encouraged to enjoy their last evening of the school year together.
