COURSE LENGTH:
9 weeks (7 instructional/2 formal assessments/5 REAL practice tests).
AREAS OF FOCUS:
Test-taking strategies specific to each test portion: math, science, English, reading, and writing.
Math: Algebra, arithmetic, geometry, graphing,and trigonometry.
Science: Reading comprehension and math requirements.
English: Reading comprehension, grammar, punctuation, and writing to a prompt.
WRITING DETAILS:
Instructor evaluates once.
Peers evaluate once.
Student evalucates once.
BOOK: The Princeton Review: Cracking the ACT 2011 Edition (included in course fee)
