The Table Ambassador is an important community building role. Table ambassadors will help coordinate other parents from their children's grades to attend Grand Tour and sit together. There are two main tasks for this important role. First, contact parents in your child’s grade and encourage them to attend Grand Tour and sit with your grade group. (We’ll provide contact information). The second task is to make reminder phone calls before early bird ticketing ends on April 1. Click here to sign up to be a table ambassador.
Hometown Auction Advocate
Sign up to be a Hometown Auction Advocate. We need your help reaching community businesses! Auction Advocates will help collect amazing auction items from local businesses in your hometown. We'll provide a list and letter, we need your help to personally visit a handful of places to follow up. We know which places have donated before and will steer you to those locations. The Grand Tour of Nations silent auction is the BEST in the area. Much of the credit is due to our gorgeous auction baskets. Do you love tying bows and making life beautiful? We need you! Our experienced auction basket decorator could use some company! We have some amazing items for our auction and we need some creative crafters to create our fantastic baskets. We'll have the supplies and the space on campus. We can work with your schedule to set basket making times. Click here to sign up for Creative Crafters.
April 29 Move in team
This is the BEST way to get a sneak peek at the auction items before the big event. On April 29, we will need help moving into the Gorecki Center at the College of Saint Benedict. All of our carefully decorated auction items will need to be moved from Prep to Saint Ben's. This will take approximately 2 hours. Sign up for the Move in Team.
The Decor Team will decide how to best incorporate this year's Italian theme. You'll need to meet with team members several times. We'll also need help setting up the room at the Gorecki Center on April 30. Click here to sign up for the decor team.
April 30 Event Set-up
Join us at 9:00 am on Saturday, April 30 to set-up for A Grand Tour of Nations. We need your HELP! Help us set up lights, auction baskets and make the room beautiful! If we have enough volunteers, we should be done by noon. Click here to sign up for the event set-up team.
