Use the items below as a guide to help you prepare for your first year at our school.
In order to accept your admission and secure your place in the class, please log on to Connect2Prep to view your contract and pay your non-refundable enrollment deposit. The deposit amount will be determined by your status (day or resident student.

Enrollment forms can be found and submitted under the "files and forms" page within Connect2Prep.
All new domestic students must submit the following forms:
- Enrollment Contract
- Consent for Treatment & Emergency Contact information
- Student Health Information Form
- Physical Form
- Immunization Form
- Science Lab Safety Contract
- Residence Information & Policies Booklet (boarding students only)
Optional Forms – submit if applicable to student
- Minnesota State High School League Form
- Doctor’s Order Form
- Self-Administration of Medication Authorization
Math Placement & Writing Sample
Prior to course registration, all students will need to take a math placement test and provide a writing sample, if requested. Testing dates occur over the summer months, and you can check back here to register for an upcoming testing dates.
Math Placement Test Dates will be announced in December.
Following placement testing, students will fill out a course registration form to choose their classes for the upcoming year. The admission team will work with students to ensure they are meeting graduation requirements.
Busing is available for students with stops in St. Cloud, Sartell, and along the I-94 corridor as far west as Sauk Centre. We send our roster of addresses to the bus company, and they develop the route and notify families directly. The full schedule and additional details are available on our transportation page.
