Students interested in attending Saint John's Prep School may apply online or complete the necessary application forms and return them to us. If you would like to receive an application packet, please click on the link below or contact the Admission Office at 320-363-3321 or 800-525-7737.

Apply Online

Students interested in applying online should complete the following steps:

1. Click here to begin the online application.  For your convenience, you may submit the non-refundable $25 application fee via our secure, online payment center.  Otherwise, you may mail it to us at the address listed below. 
2. There are three recommendation forms required:  The first recommendation should be completed by your English teacher.  The second recommendation should be completed by your Math teacher.  The third recommendation should be completed by your School Counselor or Principal.  These completed forms are to be mailed directly to Saint John's Prep by the school. 
3. Have your parents print and sign the Records Release Form and give it directly to your current school.  Your school will send these records directly to Saint John's Prep.

Once all of the application materials have been received, the Admission Office will contact you to set up a time to interview.

Apply by Mail

Students interested in applying by mail should complete the following steps:

1. Click here to download and print the application.  Return completed form to Saint John's Prep with the non-refundable $25 application fee.  Also, please include a wallet size photo (approximately 2 inches x 3 inches or smaller). 
2. There are three recommendation forms required:  The first recommendation should be completed by your English teacher.  The second recommendation should be completed by your Math teacher.  The third recommendation should be completed by your School Counselor or Principal.  These completed forms are to be mailed directly to Saint John's Prep by the school.
3. Have your parents print and sign the Records Release Form and give it directly to your current school.  Your school will send these records directly to Saint John's Prep.

When We Make Our Decision - Admission Calendar

The Enrollment Committee will meet periodically to review the completed files of applicants.  Notification of the acceptance decision will be mailed on the following dates:

• November 15
• December 15
• February 15
• April 15
• June 15
• Throughout the summer, as needed

Notification to families may be held over to the enxt review date, if additional information or further review is needed. 

When there are more qualified applicants than openings available, the school establishes an unranked waiting list.  If openings occur, the Admissions Committee decides which applicant(s) to offer enrollment based on the overall profile of the class and qualifications of the student.
